Sensify Data account deletion requests are handled by Sensify through email. Use the steps below to request deletion of your account and associated user data.
Email deletion requestData that will be deleted
The user account and associated user account data will be deleted.
Data that will be kept
Cooler scan records, including their location and measurement history, belong to the client organization that operates the monitored equipment and are not deleted as part of the account deletion request.
Retention period
Cooler scan records are retained for the duration of the service relationship with that client organization.
