How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to info@sensify.com.ar.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete Sensify Link account".
  3. Include the email address or identifying details associated with your account.

Data that will be deleted

The user account and associated user account data will be deleted.

Data that will be kept

Scanned coolers are retained and are not deleted as part of the account deletion request.

Retention period

Scanned coolers are retained indefinitely.
